The cost of a studio in the Farallon ranges from the mid-$300,000s to the low $400,000s, while a family sized three-bedroom condo can cost anywhere from $1 million to $1.5 million, depending on the amenities and appliances that are included. One perk that all residents enjoy, though, is in-unit washers and dryers, as all of the condos in The Farallon have them.
